At Carpinteria Door Co., every door is handcrafted and built to order. Because each piece is custom-made specifically for our customers, we take extra steps throughout the process to ensure your door meets the agreed-upon design, specifications, and quality standards.

Before your door ships, we will provide detailed photos and videos of the finished product for your review and approval. This gives you the opportunity to confirm the design, finish, dimensions, and overall appearance before the door leaves our workshop.

Once you have approved the door and it has been shipped, all sales are considered final. Due to the custom nature of our products and the significant cost of freight shipping, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on delivered custom orders.

If your order arrives with shipping damage, please notify us immediately and document the damage with photographs before installation. We will work with you and the freight carrier to resolve any shipping-related issues as quickly as possible.

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their door. The pre-shipment approval process is designed to ensure you can purchase with confidence, knowing exactly what will arrive at your home.
