Are your doors made to order?
Yes. Every door is handcrafted and built to order. We specialize in custom rustic wood doors and can modify many of our existing designs to fit your project.
How will I know what my door looks like before it ships?
Before shipment, we provide detailed photos and videos of the completed door for your review and approval. This allows you to confirm the finished product before it leaves our workshop.
Can I customize one of your existing designs?
Absolutely. We can often adjust dimensions, carvings, panel layouts, and finishes to create a door that fits your home while maintaining the character of the original design.
Can you build a door from my photo or sketch?
Yes. Many of our projects begin with customer inspiration photos, sketches, or architectural drawings. Contact us to discuss your ideas.
What style of doors do you make?
We specialize in rustic wood doors inspired by Hacienda, Spanish Colonial, Old World, and traditional architectural styles. Our focus is handcrafted doors with character, texture, and timeless craftsmanship.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes. All of our doors can be built to custom dimensions. We recommend confirming measurements carefully before production begins.
What is included with my order?
Our doors are sold as slab doors only.
Door frames, jambs, hardware, locks, hinges, installation, and other accessories are not included unless specifically noted in your quote.
Do the doors come pre-hung?
No. Our doors are sold as slab doors and do not come pre-hung.
Do the doors include hardware?
No. Hardware, locks, handles, hinges, and installation materials are not included.
How long does production take?
Production times vary depending on the design, customization requirements, and our current production schedule. We will provide an estimated lead time when your order is placed.
Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes. We regularly ship custom doors throughout the United States using professional freight carriers.
Will my door look exactly like the photos?
Because every door is handcrafted from natural wood, variations in grain, knots, texture, distressing, carving, and finish are normal. These natural differences are part of what makes each door unique.
Can I return a custom door?
Because each door is built specifically for the customer, orders are non-returnable once approved and shipped. We provide photos and videos before shipment so you can review and approve your door with confidence.
